The Computer Science department is located in Streibel Hall, part of the Aerospace Complex at the University of North Dakota.



Computer Labs:

There are several labs at the disposal of Computer Science students:

  1. A Windows XP lab.
  2. A Linux lab.
  3. An Advanced Computing lab.
  4. A Software Engineering lab.
  5. A Networking lab.
  6. A 20 processor Beowulf cluster (the CrayOwulf).

The Software Engineering and Networking labs and the CrayOwulf are available to students taking applicable classes and grad students conducting research. The rest of the labs are accessible 24/7 to all Computer Science students with the use of their student ID.(If your UND ID does not give you access, please see Annette Glennon in room 201, Streibel Hall.).
